Sad to hear the news of Gus' passing... (the last of the 'Three PE Musketeers' when I arrived at Sandown High in 1973). The times I'd skive down from the Art Department to the PE 'office' for a swift tea/coffee... great times then. Gus taught me so much in my early days...and playing rugby with, and against!, him... still can't believe some of those dummies he threw...and I bet those who bought them still regret it:) Great man, teacher, player and team mate, and colleague. Many good times had over the years (even on stage!) Rest in peace Gus, you will be remembered by many. Condolences to Mari, Lucy and family 🌹JE
